OUCAGS is hosting the annual Research in Clinical Practice (RiCP) conference, on Thursday, 3rd November, from 6 p.m., in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

RiCP logo

RiCP is a national poster conference open to all doctors in training with an interest in clinical research. It provides a platform to discuss clinical research, bringing together medical students, junior doctors and senior clinical academics. All ideas are welcomed, no matter how preliminary or advanced.

RiCP’s aims are to:

  • inspire junior academics with further steps in their research
  • provide an opportunity to network with other junior and senior scientists and academics
  • offer insight into academic medicine to those considering an academic career

In addition to poster presentations, there will be a series of talks by senior and junior academic clinicians to highlight research opportunities open to clinicians.

RiCP’s call for abstracts closes on Friday 21st October.
